Blob of tar - not in my collection

I claimed the card “Blob of tar” but it is missing from my collection as if I had never claimed it.

It won’t let me claim it in the shop anymore (since I already claimed it) and I’m unable to use the card as it won’t show up under my collection

Second this. Claimed them in the shop, but they are not in the collection. I’ve closed out of HS/b.net client multiple times over the last few hours and they are still not available. :frowning:
