Hi! I haven’t played in a few days. I tried to login yesterday on my pc. The account connected but I get an error message : blizzard update agent went to sleep. I can use chat but that is all. I also tried to play on my phone and it just gets stuck at the loading screen… Please help! Thank you!

The “agent went to sleep” error can indicate that there’s a connection issue preventing your Battle.net install from connecting to the patch servers properly. We aren’t seeing any widespread issues that would cause this, but it is possible that there’s something between your network and the Battle.net servers that changed to cause this.
If the game is unable to connect on your phone as well that could mean the issue is not with the PC itself, but rather with your home network or your internet provider. I’d recommend to try power cycling the network first to see if that helps.
