I’m not using many if any Tech " anti cards " what are some solid tech cards your using in terms of these cards atm , maybe some thoughts tyvm 
Looking to get out of steel rank ( trying to get to gold rank) and mostly getting owned by Rouges , Mage , Demon Hunter.
I’m playing Duel pally atm.

Can you share your deck list so we can see what you are running? Is this your own take on Duel Pally or are you running a standard deck list?
As a Duel Paladin, it’s hard to add tech cards in. Tech cards are generally minions with battlecry effects.
You can’t add Oozes or Stickyfingers or anti-secret minions.
My recommendation? Play a different type of deck.
If you want to stick to Duel Paladin, make sure you’re using 2 Ceremonial Mauls and 2 Barricades - very good synergy there.

0) first day of school as i see them as a dead card mostly
0) Hand of Nadal as its good early but late game seems not efficient
2- Air raids " best card imho in the deck has many uses + the lifesteal bless 1) of those
the rest of the deck is basic pure faties for Duels combo

1) Core Hound
1) Supreme Abyssal
1) Tirion Fordring
1) Anubisath Warbringer
1) Turalyon, the Tenured
1) Runaway Blackwing
1) Darkmoon Rabbit
1 Scrapyard Colossus
Again still messing with it may go back to more list version not sure but again i tinker and play what I like or works .
Lord Barov, SI:7 Infiltrator, Sicky Fingers and Goody Two Shields all sound really bad. You want to win on turn 5 by getting a huge minion from Duel. None of these help in that scenario.
Core Hound is also really bad. Supreme Abyssal is also bad because it doesn’t threaten face damage.
Is it a highlander list? Why only one copy of the good minions? I would definitely have two Scrapyard Colossus, two Plagued Protodrakes, two Runaway Blackwings.
In general, btw, I don’t trust HSReplay. Their stats are for Bronze-Gold so you should look at Vicious Syndicate or Tempo Storm reports for deck lists that are competitive above Gold.
From playing the deck and against said opponents " rogue and mage" SI:7 for Secrets but yes its 1 and that I found out was bad, Sticky fingers for weapons , good via shaman , some pally decks , hunter so I find it better but yes it stinks against mage.
No it’s not Highlander but it mostly could convert to
I’ll try Vicious Syndicate and Tempo Storm for thoughts on builds.
Atm i’m not in the gold rank .
