Wanted to share an motivating thought that I’m missing in BG, in regular hearthstone when you achieve the legendary rank you’re shown with the gold badge + your EU/US/AS Rating.
I think once you’re above 8k in BG this should be applied as well and have an top EU rating with a new Badge next to your name… so sad it says “8000+” even if you’re shown on the leaderboard of blizzard as an top 4.000 player of f.e. EU…

Don’t be starstruck by the word “Legend”. The equivalent is not 8000 but 6000; that’s where the rank floors end; the rank floors on Standard do not end on Diamond 5; they end on Legend.
PS But in part it’s like comparing apples and oranges because Legend has SUB-ranks while BGs do not have sub-ranks at any rank but only one rank.

BG rating has the same value as monopoly money…The only people caring are streamers who do this for a living, and their high bg rating is a repercussion of them playing too much.
But I can see why you want that, you probably farmed 2 month’s +1 -3 mmr playing automaton trinket for 3-4 spot in any game and you want to shove that useless achievement in everyone’s face.
What kind of nonsense is this. By the same logic Legend of Constructed would be nothing too. Do you just randomly hate BGs without a reason?
Talk about logic and uses none in his sentence…Legend of constructed brings you a legendary (first time), also from what I recall you get cards and stuff at the end of the month from reaching certain ranks…In BG’s you just pay a track to chose from 4 heroes instead of 2 ( which makes it p2w in a form) and your rank climbing is for nothing…You can tattoo it on your but tchick but it will do nothing.
So using the only logic available to humans which is logic, the modes are different in terms of what rating does. Which makes constructed or wild ( I do recall that wild would give you the same benefits but I forgot and lazy to search) worth your way grinding if you want to get some benefits…While BG’s rating is just monopoly money, useless and no one gives a damn if you are 10k or 9k, cuz you get nothing at the end of the month anyway, just -15$.
All useless, for most non-F2P players. If you hate the game so much unless you get rewards: why do you even play?

Only if you promise to eat your cereals and be my number 1 fan…I usually like to keep the concerts hardcore and pee on my fans, but I bet you are already pretty knowledgeable in that area.
Let me know via some random bull string explanation if you accept my terms… Cereals are not included, but I bet you as a big strong independent girl have plenty.
Useless maybe to you, to some players the extra dust is invaluable, especially new f2p players…Only because you find it useless doesn’t mean it is.
Also useless cards ( free dust) is better than nothing at all…
I haven’t played HS since ages, I just enter press the collection, pick whatever class is for the quests and press complete my deck automatically, after that I just afk 3 games or spam the hero power…That ain’t called playing, and I still find useful the rewards you get at the end of the month for most of players.
So how about you conclude that you went wrong about this and shut up. Playing constructed is more rewarding than the uselessness of BG’s rating. Adding a feature for bragging to everyone how useless your rating is just pointless development.
So again by the same logic that was used Constructed rating has purpose and value even though some players find the extra dust being useless ( mostly because they pay for packs which in my eyes makes them trash and scum, won’t debate this because people will say that they support their beloved game, but to me it doesn’t matter they are still the worst trash on earth for supporting a failure company), while BG’s rating is just there for nothing. If the rating would dissapear tomorrow probably no one will even see that is missing (beside the streamers who are milking content from “13k rating today”)
As I said you have problems you can only fix yourself. You moved the goal posts from me questioning the total nonsense that BATTLEGROUNDS ranks have no value; I F2P myself so I don’t need lessons on what packs mean; but I don’t want packs because of a Constructed that would have no value without them but on a Constructed that I want to play.
So I question again the nonsense: why do you try to rank in Constructed at all if the ranks would have no value at all if you didn’t get packs?
This points to problems of addiction,
basically playing games you hate.
