Ever since the new season has started battlegrounds keeps disconnecting mostly when it goes to battle stage a message pops up saying i have been disconnected attempting to reconnect and then connects back to next phase and occasionally it will just force close the game and send me back to the menu
if it’s any consolation you’re not alone on this, happening to myself and several others lately. Hopefully Blizz fixes this sometime soon

Just out of curiosity is this happening to you in duos or solos? I’ve seen it happen to both, but it seems to be happening in duos nearly every game as opposed to solos where its really just laggy and that’s it
I have only been playing duos attempting to clear achievements so i couldnt say in regards to solo
Yup. Same here. This has been a thing for me though for years with Hearthstone. It’s not new, its not my internet. For years with hearthstone I would say one out of four Battlegrounds game will disconnect upon starting. A lot of times HS will disconnect upon launching the game.
Problem has been consistent on multiple network locations, multiple connection types, multiple ISPs, multiple devices. I do not experience disconnects with any other game like I do with hearthstone.
ur correct , it has been happening to me way more this season than any past season of solo bgs
today i was kicked out of my game in 75% of the games i attempted to play before quitting to play something that would actually work.
SUPER annoying. Logged on for my first game today. Game disconnected on turn 2 and wouldn’t reconnect for 10min until it just said failed (died at that point)… Load in for 2nd game. Game is going great, I’m in first place among last 4 remaining, everything is going great and bound to be a 1st place win… game disconnects… AHHHHIJHKIIJILJFILJSILFJLSJFLSFLS.
This needs to be fixed. Officially can’t play anymore now after back to back disconnects. Maybe I’ll try again another day.
This has always been a issue but was normally 1 out of every 10 or so games.
I have tried to play 2 rounds today and each one had this issue around turn 3-5. I sat at the screen the first time for 2-3 minutes and decided to close because even if I got back in would of been behind. Second crash I tried instantly leaving game and loading back up just to be stuck on the “Reconnecting” screen for 5 mins.
Same here, battlegrounds solo, on phone or on computer, same thing.
Same here, the last days, game crashes every game, after a few rounds.
