Battleground hero missing

Hey guys so the thing is that im now in level 36 in battleground, but i never got the Hero from level 32. I have been in contact with 2 gamer masters, and i just copied what she told me the last one.

“I can see that you are still facing the same issue of not being able to unlock A.F.Kay, now regarding your issue, I would recommend that you post your issue on the forums from here: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/hearthstone/, as at the moment we don’t have any similar known issues.”

So what to do now? :confused:

Level 32 is not A.F.Kay. That’s Greybough.

This hero is not available right now for all players.

Oh well thank you!!! but im so confused than cause in my game its says its A.F.Kay when im searching in my collection? :s

I’m not sure what you mean. There is no A.F.Kay hero skin in this battle pass.

Do you mean that the entire hero is unavailable to you? That you can’t select any skin for this hero because all of them are greyed out?

No sorry, English isn’t my first language.
What i mean is when i search on FairyTown in my collection is shows as / coming up as A.F kay
