Battleground actions too fast

İn battleground while the battle mode actions too fast player cannot see some moves. And some minons freeze middle of the Board

Same problem, very disorienting the speed the match takes place. Don’t really know what happens.

It’s not speed of animation. There is some huge bug where minions are passing damage over to the next person when the die or something. I just had a late game 7v7 round finish with a only one attack because everyone just exploded. But it’s not mentioned anywhere apparently.

Yeah I saw the same thing, death rattles seem to cause many many things to happen for no particular reason.

I have the same problem, which started after the latest patch (17 March 2020). When I play battlegrounds on my phone (Samsung S9, Android 10), combat animations are going too fast and and some point just disappear altogether, after which a large number of minions spontaneously takes invisible damage and the board is clear. It’s now impossible to track the moves of minions. I also sometimes see cards hovering over the board after they (supposedly) have taken an action and were still alive after that. Please fix this!

If you are playing on mobile, there is a feature presently which skips some animation if the game detects you are lagging behind. This is not an ideal solution, but it allows you to spend more time in Bob’s tavern to change your lineup:

I have also seen a number of reports about this and slow attack animation. It is possible that something in the latest patch slowed down some of the Battlegrounds animation, meaning this skipping effect would kick in more often as more people are lagging behind.

I’m seeing the same thing. It’s not legal damage that the game is “catching up”. It’s random damage that explodes cards for no reason. Just played a completely whack round where I lost the final match due to this bug. BG is totally borked.

It is following the same rules as always. It just doesn’t seem that way because the cause and effect is unclear. Between the random attacks, triggered effects, deaths, summons, nonstop action, and overall increased speed, it’s nearly impossible for a person to follow an average Battlegrounds round in real time without animations.

It does seem pointless to apply this workaround to a final round though, when there’s not gonna be a shop phase.

Also, Blizzard has noticed the increased volume of reports since 16.6. Seems the detection logic is a bit oversensitive right now.
