It is following the same rules as always. It just doesn’t seem that way because the cause and effect is unclear. Between the random attacks, triggered effects, deaths, summons, nonstop action, and overall increased speed, it’s nearly impossible for a person to follow an average Battlegrounds round in real time without animations.
It does seem pointless to apply this workaround to a final round though, when there’s not gonna be a shop phase.

You can use either the Preformatted text option (the button with </>) or the Blockquotes button ("). It will display the link as shown in the examples below:
