Barrens scavenger should not be legal. How is it fair for someone to be able to use this first and potentially second turn. Most decks are screwed if it comes out first turn, just can’t combat it. It would be fair if it said costs 1 if you have less then 3 cards so this is unlikely to happen.
How do you have only 10 cards in deck on turn 1 ?
It probably wasn’t actually turn 1 but I think it can be turn 2-3 in the Whizbang Warlock deck that starts with 20 cards.
