After doing plenty of testing, the +berserk duration temper has literally no effect on berserks duration when granted from war cry. Either you need to change the description of the temper or skill OR fix the bug preferably please, stuff like this gives theory crafters enough headache scratching our heads when stuff like this can have a HUGE impact on end game builds.
