still stuck at 4/15. tried a little. copied 2 decks than. lost interest!!

Did you also try a ramp druid? I found it easy there. I removed the doomkins and used projectionists/zola and made it even better; in fact I still think it made the DECK better too; the copying can copy the ramping dragons (I did not anticipate that when I first made the deck).

You get progress towards the event just by playing games, and you also have daily quests. If you want the freebies, you can get them without ever finishing that one.

Why 15 treasures? Seems excessive. Why not 12 or 10 or 6 or 3?
I have been experimenting heavily with a BSM deck for the last two days, and today, I tossed Marin into the deck. I just hit Diamond Rank 5 with the deck and the quest is 11/15 complete. It probably should be 14/15 complete if I remembered to play a treasure before conceding or winning when I had spare mana.
