At 9-2 I won my match, rogue vs rogue, to go to 10-2, go to queue and it shows 9-3 arena and goes to rewards. There was no disconnects or anything before of during the game. Really p/o’d ATM.
I’d like a reset or token for the bug lose. Really unacceptable. Thanks.

The article mentions they do not provide compensation for this issue, but if you want to give it a try, open a support ticket, since this forum is for reporting bugs, not getting any kind of compensation (most posters are regular players like you and me).
What’s the point… 2 players lost their run because of blizzards bug. Me and the person I beat.
This souless company no longer cares as long as shareholders get paid.
