Why you play the game to pull out the best of your deck, you see oponent is lacking cards. And then he survives for 5 turns only on topdecks that has perfect random effect and then they win the game. They played bad but win on pure luck. Why is this a thing? Can you please implement flip a coin button so we do not bother playing if luck will decide everything?
The situation is very serious, my friends, we need to talk about it everywhere. One star on all stores for Hearthstone, complaints galore about Blizzard’s scam everywhere. We need to take action, not complain on this useless forum. Blizzard must pay for all the psychological harm it has done with its lies.

I agree. They will see this as some kind of attack on them, but i like this game and i am not ejoying it anymore. All because they made it pure random and all the other things. So by flagging this i want them to take some action so i can ejoy this game again.
When i tell that to them via support ticket, they just ignore me and threat me with perma acc ban! Why would they ban me for submitting support ticket?
new arena is just made to drain players and maximize profits for company, the fact that they changed it from 150 gold , where if you won 2 games you would get around 1 pack and sometimes 50 gold or some dust, but you could get your investment back after 2-3 wins, now if you want to get your 300 gold back from U arena you need at least 6+ wins to get back what you paid it is disgusting. back then a 5-6 win arena run was a good run now it barely gets you 50 gold.
