Hello. I’m also facing issue with the arena rewarda 
After the expansion went live, i opened my arena. I had unclaimed rewards for 1 win. I suppose I’ve started playing arena a while ago and forgot about it. When i clicked the key to claim reward the przies that were shown to me where 1 pack from Rise of Shadows and ~50 dust. I didn’t get the pack and i’m not sure about dust (i don’t remember how much i had before opening arena key). Please look in to this.
