I’m using Webroot antivirus software and it periodically pops up saying “Threat detected” for a file that seems to originate from Battle.net’s launcher. This seems to adversely affect performance when it happens. It started not long after the latest expansion released. Does anyone know what’s going on?
I can say that my version is completely fine. there may be something masking itself but isn’t the actual launcher or something is altering the launcher itself or many other things. I would suggest taking this issue to a respective and reputable antivirus tech support. i personally believe something non-blizzard related that is causing your current issue.
