I’ve been trying to open up the Hearthstone game on my Galaxy S8+. But it never opens, it gets stuck on the second loading screen. Can you please try to tell me if it is still playable on Android devices?

Game should work fine on Android. Does this issue happen on multiple networks? Would it be okay to try powering the device off completely, then power it back on?
Note, turning it off vs resetting it are different things. Be sure to use the power off option instead of reset.
