On a lower performance device, I appeared to freeze the moment before one fades from the doors and the logo. On a higher performance device, I moved past the doors, and about halfway through the panning from doors to main screen / lobby, the game simply crashed, and shoved me back to my phone’s home screen.
Edit: for both Android 8.1.0 and 7.1.1
Same thing for Apple… I have the iPhone XS Max, and I just get “Let’s go to the store to start the download.” at the doors after I just completed the update. When I click “Open”, it takes me back to the App Store where I have no other option but to open the app again in an endless loop
Same problem. I sent a ticket to Blizz, tech support says they’re aware and working on a hotfix. I reccomend everybody go get some popcorn tho, as last time this happened it took 6+ weeks for them to fix it. As a top legend player, this is a gross inconvenience for me. Please be fast this time Blizz, I do not like playing on PC.

I get a crash on a Samsung SM-T800 running Android 6.0.1. The crash is caused by a segfault. Here are the relevant logs:

Them dragons fire were ain’t enough to keep HS warm, it froze as fast as it could…
Since the 16.4 update, none of my devices were able to Login (Crash at title Screen) Tester with three Android devices and my pc.
Same here. I have an Android and never had very many issues with load screen, but now I find myself unable to get passed it. I’ve tried for the last 8 hours. I uninstalled, reinstalled to SD card, cleared cache, cleared data, uninstalled, reinstalled to phone storage…and still NOTHING! Anyone have any other ideas? Anyone made a ticket?

Moto G5S, Android 8.1.0, same problem, gets stuck during launch. I have reinstalled the client, it did not help. Feels like 15.4 patch all over again.
Im getting this problem too. Cleared cache and cleared data but still fails to get in with a network error.
