Android freeze/crash since 16.4 update

[Main Thread] Android Game Freezing or Crashing on Title Screen

I did pretty much everything before posting. Clearing the cache, cleaning the game data, restarting my tablet, even uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Still getting the same thing, the game freezing on the title screen on this recent update. Anyone else having the same problem?
