the release date of the add-on is always known, this year it is November 14
in the past, it was December 13
Patch 25.0.0 got releases on November 29th and the the expansion was live the 6th of December
Patch 22.0.0 got released on November 30th and the expansion was live the 7th of December
Patch 19.0.0 got released on November 12th and the expansion was live the 17th of November
So based only on the release dates of past expansions from the official patch notes your point seems to be completely made up
we usually get it before december 10
so i thought OP was trying to say it was changed from november 14 to november 7
