When do all the other classes get a cast 20 mana worth of spells card, that can then be doubled with Bran and a Battlecry on the following turn?

I know right, lol. I wrote a post a while back with the suggestion to have each class have a hero card that gives them 20 mana. 
Every class should then also have multiple mass removal options while generating more value or tempo.
At this point we don’t need classes and just make decks with any combination of cards with no restrictions.
