Account locked because I reported a problem?

I reported a problem with an order I made earlier today. I had just paid for the new Hearthstone bundle, did the usual log out and log back in to open cards. However no cards were in the shop to open. I did not get the bundle. I can see the charge went through, but I did not receive the cards. SO I posted to support and I received a response that they would refund (which doesn’t address the problem of actually getting the bundle. I don’t mind paying for it, I do mind not having received what I pay for.) Since they responded with the promise to refund and no instructions as to how to avid the issue in the future, or what caused the glitch, they then locked my account. No warning this would happen, NO response to ticket since. I tried to update the ticket twice since then but have been ignored. Can someone tell me why my account was locked and why? This is ridiculous. Is this a normal response to this kind of issue?

If you say the truth: someone may have butterfingered which is not surprising with this company. Open a web ticket at least. Nobody is going to help you here directly.

1 ) Never spend a dime on this game

2 ) Do not cheat, rope or bot in any way

3 ) Just enjoy that broken game for what it is, a time sink

Thank you, I have reopened the ticket. But no response. I was honestly wondering if because a credit card was involved - that maybe it was standard practice to lock the account until I relogged or something. But they haven’t communicated that. Honestly at a loss here.

If by new bundle you mean mini set then there’s no pack to open, the cards just go in your collection after you get it

unfortunately blizzard’s actions are piling up in a negative spiral that will probably lead to the end of at least hearthstone

for what i know blizzard have some problems removing game content , so in case of refunds they just lock the account until someone that have privileges to remove stuff does that.
Most of customer support is just there for simple stuff.

Like Derkan said is possible the content was already there as new cards in collection , but you was expecting packs to open , and CS didn’t notice what was the problem.

Or the content was missing but unlucky was assigned during you refund process.

I think you just have to wait :frowning_face:
