I’ve been having problems with the Hearthstone store for a few weeks: getting ‘you already own this item’ errors when purchasing runestones, successful payments with Google Play then the app hangs and I don’t receive a purchase.
I just noticed that my Battlenet transaction history is weeks behind my in-game purchases, usually Arenas. I’m not sure if all theses issues are linked or not.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Hearthstone, tried all the troubleshooting tips, cleared relevant caches, and removed my Google account from my device. I’ve had several tickets and they suggested forum help.
