I accidentally miss clicked and spend 1000g on the heroic Tavern Brawl Ticket. (on the smartphone) Could not reset or cancel the transaction. Have not even created a Deck. It happened on the first day of the heroic tavern brawl.
Sadly your German Customer Service, could not help me.
I Spend a lot of money on Hearthstone over the years and don’t realize that you can’t reset it. Or just cancel my ticket and send me something that’s worth the 1000g and I can use. Or at less give someone the ticket how like to play. Have no time right now and really hate this Tavern Brawl, just like to play the normal Tavern Brawl and miss clicked on the phone.
Hope somebody here can help me and show that you respect customer of your game. And help them form time to time.
