Maybe team five is exchanging things from the battlefield, personally I don’t need skin, getting a pack is much better.

Same here: the Battlegrounds board is available already, but the free packs aren’t in yet.
Go to the Shop to get free packs.

It is mentioned that only accounts which did the tutorial get them?!
I skipped tutorial, so does this mean no packs? Would be quite stupid…
I’d guess is for the somewhat logical reason that they’re trying to get people back in or to join for first time, vs those folks already in here spendin the moolah 
I THINK they meant “after completing or skipping the tutorial.” You can’t get it, until the tutorial is finished either way. Try logging out and in again.
You are, it’s 6x the amount not 5x.

…anyone hear of them starting hearthstone tavern inns at local bars like they would sponsor before covid…they had them in chicago…cheers and merry christmas…
