i kinda of like them, tbh. I have farmed them to diamond 3 right now. i don’t mind farming them right to legend if i can
Once I hit diamond 5 the botting hits critical mass, like to the point over half my games are against bots until I get closer to legend(but even then it’s still a fair amount of bots)
They don’t play well and that’s the thing. They play a straightforward deck that Carrie’s them them there, and just brute force ridiculous numbers of games to get above 50%. They play like crap man, just face every turn with 0 thought, never value trade unless there’s lethal on the board. I’ve had some mill themselves to death too which is humorous.
I don’t even get the point, do people buy hearthstone accounts? That’s pretty sad actually. At least botting in wow kinda made sense.

Who knows. It’s been an issue here for some time that they aren’t seriously addressing.
