6 days no response from blizzard support?

Am I missing something? Had an error when purchasing the latest 2/2 bundle (the signature didn’t pop up) and I couldn’t find it in my library, opened a ticket 6 days ago… estimated time 24 hours. Still nothing?

What’s going on?

I have been using blizzard support for over 14 years. This has never happened. (Played since WoW classic, now hearthstone etc.)

Anyone else having an issue or can explain to me what is going on why there is no response? I am not updating the ticket either… it’s just nobody’s home lol.

Don’t worry, they’ll be on before long to tell you nothing to see then make criminal threats like they have to so many others if you ask them to actually do their job.

And the ever useless “go to the nonexistent bug report forums for a response.”

I mean I might have gotten the Sig I just have no Idea which one it is and all I wanted is for them to tell me which I got. I believe it was Halduron Brightwing but they can’t even confirm it in 6 days?

They got their money, no problems on their side. Why are you giving them money at all, just play the game for free.

Because I want to? What business is it of yours what I do with my own money? - The troubling part to me is they only responded after I created the thread (within minutes) but not within the 6 days before.
