33.0.3 Patch Notes

I don’t think raising Braingill’s cost is really a nerf, especially with the increased stats…and reducing Dusk’s cost still won’t make the Rogue quest viable, upping Loh to 9 pretty much kills the card. I could go on but too much to list

I like that DK quest more accessible now (I guess) but no buff to Tyrax itself ??? Bogus

Letting you run double unholy means you can complete the quest much, much faster. And you can run Falric. I still don’t see it being good because the reward is a 5-mana do nothing but maybe I’m not seeing the devs’ vision.

I saw a streamer’s opponent with 2 copies of the 8/8 and 2 of the locations on the board at the same time. They still lost because 8/8s that don’t impact the board immediately are bad unless you’re cheating multiple out early.

I was incredibly dissapointed when I saw shaman reward get rush and nithing for Tyrax.

As a side note I played against my first ever DK quest deck that actually got Tyrex. The moment he played Tyrex I frogged it. Quest rewards are trash with how vulnerable they are to removal. If quests become popular I’ll just add a destroy land/weapon/transform/silence to negate half of them.

Ive done this myself. Made 3 copies and honestly they just hurt me by clogging my board repeatedly while offering nothing to the game.

Ashalon change is a nerf disguised as a buff. Sure it got buffed with rush for free but that means you cant adapt it to give it rush. So all your other minions now lose out.

Rush isn’t an adapt option. Maybe you’re thinking of windfury.

Only a small nerf to one murloc and a shift in numbers in another murloc in reaction to the Paladin quest, while not nerfing the quest itself, is simply mind-boggling.

That quest, among some other factors, is seriously killing the fun in Hearthstone and the devs seem to not be aware of how severe it is.

Amazing that 5 quests had to be buffed.

You had to know they weren’t going to do anything about it because that’s admitting that they screwed up badly. Move along folks. Nothing to see here

Touching the Rogue quest in ANY way is incredibly dangerous: now and regarding future expansions. I am sure they dislike having to revisit cards numerous times. I think the changes are worth watching play out and I did not consider this direction at first. I believe these changes are non-traditional in thinking for this style of quest. It feels like a mid-range or more versatile card in Rogue.

WAIT I DIDNT EVEN SEE IT ALREADY GAVE ARMOR I DIED SO FAST PLAYING IT MOST GAMES IT WASNT EVEN SOMETHING I NOTICED!!!

SHEEESH

So its a light touch, which I think is good… but dang says a lot about the cards survivability… I still think it is very hard to get this one right.

There are other ways to give rush to certain minions – like Adaptative Amalgam

Will the paladin’s quest be nerfed? No, absolutely not! Enjoy this game with everyone plays this deck because it’s cheated!
Just change the quest with: 3/4 Murlocs you PLAY, not summon! Or maybe 6 Murlocs to summon not 5 !

Updates, yes; solutions, no. Not nerfing pala quest means the game will be stale and boring, the updates -not buffs- to other 5 classes’ quests won’t solve the problem. Mage quest is so incredibly easy to counter: you just need some weapon removal. Minions rewards can be sheeped or frogged. Now, there¡s only two ways: either you lose consistently against brainless pala murloc, or you craft the quest and join the brainless herd.

“Buffed”. You’re funny

Buff DH quest by nerf hog.
… I admit this clever.

Is there a bug regarding Hog? The deathrattle does not trigger the 2 more effect after completing the quest.

It’s simple: the Murloc quest is one of the selling stars of the expansion. Which already has few real stars. Loh is gone now, so selling point is now Murloc quest. So it stays untouched.
