2nd Garrosh's Gift missing from collection

I have done the steps needed to receive my 2nd Garrosh’s Gift which is opening a Whizbang’s Workshop pack after choosing the loaner deck highlander warrior and I cannot get another/The last Garrosh’s Gift no matter what I do, support says i needed to report it as a bug…can’t complete my deck without it.

[Added 9/20] [Collection] Players who claim a new/returning player deck that includes only one copy of a Gift card only have that one in their Collection. The team is aware of this issue and expects to fix it in an upcoming patch.

[Collection] Fixed a bug where players who claimed a New/Returning Player deck that included only one copy of the class’s “Gift” card (Garrosh’s Gift/Malfurion’s Gift) didn’t get a second copy. After this fix, players who missed the card can get it granted to them for free by having a Whizbang’s Workshop pack and going to the pack opening screen.
