They probably have to outsource the person who fixes it each expansion becuase they are not smart enough to code their own game to prevent it from happening every single expansion. And the person who they outsource to fix it is probably busy till January.
I mean its pretty embarssing for a Multi Billion Dollar company to keep having this same bug happen each expansion. You would think they would have figured out how to prevent it by now.

This is a perfect example of a first world problem if I ever saw one. You are blessed so well that you can complain about the game not counting you have every card of an expansion already mere days after its release.
