thats now how u should look at it. every single hero cards that perform less than guff are more than 5 mana. guff should never have been 5 mana. its the devs playing favorites with the class they play the most

What theā€¦ Those duels nerfs what the hell. Special delivery, glacial downpour and perhaps wither the weak feel like fair nerfs. Some of the others seem fair from an outside perspective but just awfull for someone who has actually played duels constantly. No guts no glory to 2 why? The Brann hero power nerf completely changes one way to play him which was very enjoyable. Iā€™ve never even seen forgotten depths for or against me. Artic armor is useless now. At least make it 2 armorā€¦
Scales of justice just outright murdered, barely ever saw it but when I did it did seem fair enough. Elemental Chaos just feels so bad nowā€¦ Sr. Excavatorā€¦ what the hellā€¦

Terrible, terrible patch, you just destroyed brann+denathrius combo for most classes but druid and making kael thas an absolutely useless card instead of just nerfing denathrius, removing his battlecry and making its effect at the end of the turn or making him infuse(2)

almost every other hero card costing 7 right now does something on the board

warrior didnt and they had to buff its armor to 10

and still not even a mention of the biggest outcry that has been happening about makeing BGs P2W. go figure

its simple. The devs love to play druid. They not gonna nerf their favorite thing to play.

yep its okay because no impact on the board doesnt summon taunts or damage opponent minions {
doesnt even summon tokens for druid to use

The top four most played cards are Renathal, Brann, Denathrius, and Theotar.

Denathrius and Brann got hit with you guys butchering Kaelā€™thas, so Iā€™m willing to give the meta a try with that nerf. However, Theotar being untouched is incredibly sad. Every time the card is played, I want to to uninstall. He turns every game into a clown fiesta and itā€™s even worse if youā€™re playing an off-meta deck. Want to play Countess? No, she was just stolen, better luck next time.

Disruption is fine, but when 99% of the gameā€™s disruption is in a single card, itā€™s just a mess. He decides games on turn 4, and I donā€™t find that very fun. You either play aggro, or roll the dice with him every match.

Dawngrasp was nice though, thanks for that.

Druidā€™s power isnā€™t about the board presence, itā€™s about ramping up 20 mana and doing the OTK combo. this guff nerf is absolutely insignificant and wonā€™t stop druid or even slow down his kill turn since they donā€™t play him as soon as they get ā€œenoughā€ mana to do it, they play it much later when they pump up their denathrius.

theotar is only strong because of cards like denathrius, the card itself is fine.
decks shouldnā€™t have a single LINEAR win condition that they follow every single game to win, itā€™s stupid af and uninteractive. Theotar taking your only win condition is not a card flaw, itā€™s a game design flaw.

No, heā€™s strong because he takes your opponentā€™s best card and gives them your worst.

Denathrius is a nice find, sure, but stealing hero cards like Cariel or Dawngrasp is game winning, stealing win conditions like Countess, Mordresh or Xyā€™mox is a massive hit to your opponentā€™s deck, and at worst you just steal a good card that your opponent probably wanted to play at some point.

Heā€™s an auto include in every deck, heā€™s not just there for Denathrius, and even if he was, do you really want every game to revolve around Theo stealing Denathrius or whiffing? I donā€™t.

I agree that decks having single cards that decide games is bad game design, but adding another one of those doesnā€™t help matters, especially when itā€™s super RNG based.

warrior one did until they kiled control warrior

cariel was so strong they changed it to 8 mana and scabb was nerfed too
all the hero cards with 7+ mana cost need those battlecries
scab saw play as 7 mana hero because of the vanish battlecry

These are good changes but this is not enough. Every player I know is disgusted with Denathrius, why is it not modified ?

i still really think the change to guff is not enough and should be 6-7 mana. and again do you see these heroes card being played? i havent seen cariel in a LONG TIME. same for scabbs so their effects are not that powerful. its also a one time effect while guff get to ramp the whole game.
