And in this particular case, it went to the extreme, as there is no very slow way to earn said currency.

Paywall aside, the BG emotes look so cheap it’s unbelievable. You could draw better looking things in MS Paint in less than 15 minutes. WTF happened to you blizzard? Who are you hiring? I wouldn’t give you 2 cents for this.

If 500 runestones are USD $4.99, then shouldn’t 8000 be USD $79.84?
Unless they are intending for more stones to cost more per stone.
They’ve basically told us to do lots of little buys, forcing them to pay lots of transaction fees, instead of making it all cost the same.

I did the math and the price for 8000 runestone is 15 cents more that buying the lowest runestone bundle 16 times
Until this change you did not NEED to spend real money to buy BGs Perks. This is why some people are upset (can’t speak for everyone)
Is it possible to show the cards of the battleground minions that where removed when releasing patch notes. I always have to spend 30 minturs copy pasting and use google to find the image/card for each removed minion. Would help greatly to show the list as images as well as text.
Nice move blizzard. Fist another part of your community. You seem to not value game time at all anymore. I used to do my dailys in Tavern brawl when i was bored, stored the gold only for BG perks. Now i go and shove my 14,6k gold into Bobs mass. Thanks guys

What’s to stop them from deciding season 3 starts the day after you spent real money on the rewards track? They’ve already ripped us off with the battle pass. I suggest everyone orders the battle pass and then cancel payment to show them 2 can play at this game.

It would appear that they nerfed XP per hour from playing BGs in addition to divorcing it from the reward track.
Looks closer to 200 rather than the previous 300, but I am still checking this.
blizzard is discusting to put that behind paywall so now only mode that people just could chill and play is pay to win

unbelievable, first time I conceded in a game of BG…and in the previous lobbies one-two players had quit too. haven’t faced a game with dmg cap. plus lots of disconnections.

How stupid long can you make the quest animation, the repeatable one is unplayable cause it just fills your turns with animations

I have played several games and I am done.
The quests are too imbalanced and drive the lobby too much. They weren’t needed.
They could have just fixed the issues in the mode and moved on.
I don’t like all the stupid cosmetics and the ugly boards and the (word that gets you a ban) alternate damage effects.
The emotes cartoon faces are so bad it hurts.
The game just looks like it was slapped together in china to make you watch ad spam for all the quality I see.
It’s awful and I don’t want to play it anymore.
I suspected it wouldn’t be good, and it isn’t.
The fact that you have to win to move the reward track is criminal.

Yes indeed, that what I was about to write. Totally imbalanced while the animation can take time from your turn. Got the one that could get you a minion of your tier. Quests could work but it feels chaotic right now and cannot think how they could work. I believe that buddies worked better.
Just realized that the season rewards are cosmetics only. It is so hilarious 
This is not a p2w, this is just pay It’s totally useless for someone who doesn’t care about skins and boards and damage animations. So, 14.99 for getting two extra heroes for a limited time. Right… ok see ya!

What is the duration of the season? When does it end, can someone tell?
It would be nice to convert your previous collected coins to runstone. It doesnt have to be 1:1, it can be 2:1 (ike 1000 gold 500 runestones…or another conversion rate). Because now gold has nearly sense anymore, except buying packs.

Exactly. It’s basically made gold do nothing but buy individual packs of cards.
Edit: Upon further investigation, gold can still be used to buy individual hero portraits for constructed and constructed card backs, but all BG hero skins are runestone.
My guess is they just forgot to change the constructed skins, lol, watch that get a hotfix because it is costing them money, lol.
Btw, why everyone has to scream and shout that they are not going to play this anymore? You just stop playing, period. It looks like a resentful GF, who slaps the door before she storms out the building 
Spoiler: 100% of those who wrote here “I won’t play it anymore” will still play. And half of them probably purchased the battlepass
