Hello, I have just won my first battlegrounds round after the patch and won +9 ratings for it, that is supposed to be an irregularity I assume?

Deck of Lunacy is not workingā¦at first I was likeā¦oh maybe I didnāt play itā¦So I just played it again in another game and nothing. Please fix 
Meanwhile, those of us unlucky ones to not hit the lockout are still bugged due to that Mercenary quest.

Hi, iām expierencing the softlock from the new mercs bounty too. The game is entirely blocked, unusable and unplayable for me. I hope the team will refund in some way those who are in my conditions, because this is frustrating and kills the hype about the new patch.

If they cared about anything more than the money they already got from us, the patch would not have came out in the state it did. Seems as though there was no QA on it. Perhaps Hearthstone would benefit from a public test realm?
In addition, those that are in Europe and play after work means that we canāt complete dailies today like mercenaries PvP and others (as it is already over and the quests are refreshed), anything, which means losing in-game currency in addition to the lost fun and increasing frustration of the huge incompetency of the development team.
Spells/cards in standard do not work/or not as intended, battlegrounds is full of bugs, lag and unnecessarily increased animation times, mercenaries is totally unplayable for a long time + missing skins, but this already kills it instead of refresh it, should I continue?
Edit: I am one the the people playing mercenaries since the launch, have all mercenaries maxed (besides around 4), playing HS since 2015, spent thousands of $$ throughout the years.
I stopped for a while before October last year when mercenaries was released and started again.
I probably will take a longer break this time, not for a few months, but years, there are already better and cheaper games on the market in all genres.

Thatās my main frustration. I wanted to play after work, looking forward to the patch and now Iām locked. Canāt play and all my plans for the evening just felt apart cause I wanted to to do quests after a little while and i couldnāt. Hope thisāll be fixed tomorrow at least, but for now Iāve only just lost all the hype for the event and the equivalent of real currency. kinda pissed off.

Mercs corrupted Murdock bounty fails to load map/ menu after locking in team. All you get is an error message and it kicks you out of the bounty. Maybe others are experiencing this. I play on mobile FYI.
I wanted everyone to be aware of how I just fixed mine. I started the game on my desktop, then launched it on my phone. Launching it on my phone kicked me out of the game on my desktop. Had to repeat it multiple times in very quick succession, but after 4 full launches, it finally failed to load the game it could not load and allowed me to get back in. Hopefully this works and helps others.

Pretty pathetic honestlyā¦ I am now convinced you simply donāt test the cards when you are about to release a new patch.
A bunch of cards not working anymore after a patch should have been EASILY spotted in a simple test run where YOU TEST ALL THE CARDS WITH THE PATCH!!!
This is baffling, but Iām not really surprised anymoreā¦

Hey, as a dedicated Collection Curator, I love the new āselect your favorite card backsā feature! However, Iām a little sad that this means weāve technically also lost the āRandom Card Backā card back. Iād been using it for years, hoping Iād see the random card back select itself. Will that possibility be forever locked out now? If so, any chance we could get that card back reinstated once the dust settles from the current state of things?

I am totally stuck. I cannot open the game at all since the patch came in. I tried both PC and mobile. I am stuck at a screen saying " You were reconnected to your game. Resumingā¦" There is no way to skip thisā¦
we been lock out for hours nowā¦
RESET THE DAM SERVER AND FORCE A RELOG FOR EVERYONEā¦ wake up.
Right now my account try to recconect a game in a mercenary PVEe content you disableā¦ so Iām lock out FOREVER SINCE YOU KNOW, THE CONTENT DONāT EXIST ANYMORE.
RELAUCH THE DAMS SERVER SO WE ARE NO LONGUER LOCK OUT

reset the Dam server so you break thousand of player out of the Infinite recconect loop. Weāre struck in that loop for hours and hours.
Turn it off and on for gosh sake. We all play online game, we know itās something pretty Dam easy to do. JUST DO IT.

I have the same problem with mercenaries, itās terrible and frustrating not being able to play the other modes because of this problem; restart the server!

Not sure how many others are being affected by this but both me and my friend currently do not gain any rank in battlegrounds unless we get first place in which 4/6 games so far on the patch have been first and even when we do get first place we gain 9 or 10 points only.
