Hi. As of this new expansion, I am missing cards from my collection. I don’t know the extent of this, but I do know that at least one of my Wild decks is now incomplete, with the game offering to let me CRAFT the cards that I had previously been playing with.
Specifically, Paladin’s “Pursuit of Justice” is missing. It’s a Legacy card, but I only ever had two copies that I can recall, so I wouldn’t have disenchanted an extra.
I also had Brightwing removed from another deck, though it’s still in my collection and I was able to re-add it.
Again, these are Wild decks, so rotating out sets shouldn’t have affected them.
Not sure what else I might be missing; too many cards to look through.

Wild decks are affected because Core cards can be used in Standard AND Wild.
By default the collection shows Core cards over original cards to reduce clutter. This happens when selecting the Standards Cards or Wild Cards.
So you used Pursuit of Justice (Core) in the deck. If you can not find it know you did not have the original Pursuit of Justice (Legacy).
But as you found, you have the original Brightwing (Legacy) and you were able to add the Legacy version back into the Wild deck.

This still does not address why I no longer have those cards (even for use in Wild)
Because you do not have the originals from the Expansion set it originally came from.
The Core set came out a year ago. It really seems people just have too short term memory because they got used to using them.
Others did disenchant the originals, but there were warnings out there about the consequences.
Unfortunately Blizzard’s logs do not go a year back to see what happened.
Same issue both on Samsung tab s7 plus and pc, unplayable.
Edit: manged to solve by loading the game, click other game mode, back, mercenaries, delete all parties. Go out and back in.
Edit2: it was OK for one session, still buggy 
My turn(s) never came…
Opponent ended his turn, but the turn was never passed to me…
For several minutes, I could not do anything, except from seeing my opponent being able to hover over his cards every couple of seconds and targeting them at my face (without any effect).
After a couple of minutes of waiting, my opponent’s actions have taken place all together (all those cards they have hovered over and targeting they did took place). This allowed them to take actions of several turns all together, without me being abel to respond anyhow…
Hope this issue is addressed soon.

They effed something up with compatability i’m pretty sure… either this or you got some kind of device lock . In my case it could even be a device lock, but not even being available for you probably means there’s something else that causes this
Are they not going to fix the Nellie bug? For such a popular card I keep losing games, just because they played this card. Very gamebreaking and unfun.

I confirm the presence of this bug:
After the latest update, when you try to play multiple games with a friend, after each game, a pop up message appear that the friend canceled the challenge, even though he didn’t do that.
How long can we wait for this bug to appear in the list of bugs?
To me appeared a new bug, while playing wild and grinding for the Rogue Quest “Fishing Minigame”. I wanted to try a combo abusing “Educated Elekk”, “Sonya Shadowdancer” and “Taz Nozwhisker”, creating a loop with “Counterfeit Coin”, “Backstab” and “gone fishing”, to fish for the shuffled Cards whilst destroying Elekk. To get the Achievement goin, I added “Ambassador Faelin” and found that, as soon as I started the loop with “gone Fishing” “Taz” drew me all copies of the Collossals, although I played “Faelin” more than one turn ago. That was crazy overpowerd and would have won me the game, if my opponent would have not deserved a forfeit.
Maybe it is bug, not for me, but for my opponents. They seem to have a lot more disconnects or errors, as they often seem to be unable to play cards, or to do anything at all. Sometimes they only “press the button”, but they never concede.
Not playing any minions annoys me, for I want to quest and enjoy some good games, not only farm wins…
Yes, Galvangar’s eighth task is clearly not performed as described.
Why does he have 4 and not 2 coins like other heroes, and why the simultaneous fulfillment of the same quest on Scrubs does not count for Galvangar
Yes, it freezes after EVERY WIN. ridiculous . Not losses, just wins
Constantly running into an issue where attempting to change equipment on mercenaries does not save. trying to do bounties to finish off quests is annoying without the appropriate equipment on the merc. This does not fix even after restarting the game. really annoying now.
Hi, I didn’t found the problem here, but in german (maybe also other languages) the pirate admiral hooktusk has an text error on the card. The text is very little written and on the part were the missing ones are listed it is not on the card, only the < >. Seems to be a fault in displaying the card. A bit anoying because you have to count your pirates or wait until getting yellow, but strategic not ok.

REALLY tired of the Merc Portrait issue. Been 21+ days. PLEASE fix this. Merc Portraits are NOT saving across devices or after relog. Tried reinstalling and its happening on kindle, tablet, phone, AND PC. It ALWAYS goes back to the default #1 portrait. Fix this please!!!
Hi, in mercenaries mode when I equip Tyrande with the “Verdant recurve 4” I do not get the additional 4 damage when I cast “Arcane salvo” in a fight. Can you fix this please?
Are you changing the equipment in the collection or party?

Same thing happen to me, same play. I was Guff and opponent played Nellie. Android mobile .
