Might be an issue with bundle purchases on Merc that needs to be checked out.

I purchased the Balinda mega bundle, ORDER #US675050887, and did not receive a new character portrait. The 2 I have unlocked, I had unlocked before the purchase.

I play Mercs a lot, so I know with 100% certainty that the purchase I just made did not give me a new portrait. And I was hoping for the diamond/legendary portrait, so I especially noticed I didn’t get anything new.

This is not the first time it has happened, just the first time I reached out. I distinctly remember on order #US672121325 this happened as well. I do not remember getting an additional portrait for Ragnaros. Can you please look at this order too? I should get another Ragnaros portrait.

How is Blizzard going to respond to me about this and provide a solution or response? DM, post here, etc? I’ve never had Blizz respond to any inquiry, so I’m genuinely curious.

The forums probably aren’t the best place to look for help with a problem like this. Yes, it could be a bug… but your best bet to get any form of assistance with this is to contact Customer Support.

Give it 24-48 hours and you’ll get a response of some kind. Good luck!

“Win 5 games of Traditional Hearthstone’s Ranked Mode” quest not updating/completing. Played and won 2 Standard Ranked games @ approximately 2:00pm ET and quest remained stuck on 4 of 5.
Tried the following already without success:
Make sure your game client or mobile Hearthstone app is up to date
Close and reopen your game
Log out of the game client, and Battle.net App or mobile app and restart
I am stuck unable to clear quests to earn XP/gold.
Submitted Ticket Number: US83114813 and keeps getting closed without resolution.
Please Assist.

Like the Nozdormu and Honor quest, the weekly 5 wins in ranked game also stopped counting.

I have the same problem. Very frustrating to get no (visible) honor added after a game.

Luckily I finished the Noz quest yesterday before the patch, but I can confirm that I’m no longer making progress on the weekly win 5 games quest (stuck on 3/5) and am no longer getting any honor for playing, at least in wild ranked.

Is it likely that the weekly will be fixed before next week, or should we reroll it into something that’s not broken so we only lose 750 XP instead of all 2500?

i have “!” indicating a new clickable showing in my achievement section: gameplay-alterac valley when there hasnt been any achievements completed. triple chcked and there definitely isnt a clickable there, so tried reopening and relogging but its still there

Played four games with Nozdormu (3 in casual, 1 in Tavern Brawl). Only got credit for the first one. For the others, I had one win and two loses (quitting below 15 health).

I have two wins in tavern brawl this week, but only credit for 1 in weekly “Win 5 games of TB, Arena, Bgs or Duels.”

I did complete (no problem), complete 3 questlines.

Issue with Saidan after the new patch: he doesn’t get the double buff in hand. Haven’t tested once he’s out on the battlefield. I buffed him with jewel kit three times and only got 3x+1/+1. Plz fix

For several weeks now Tavern Brawls just don’t have any text / description for whatever the brawl is that week. I’ve seen others post about the issue but haven’t seen it mentioned in any known issues blue post.

I realize it’s not the most competitive or even popular mode but it’s really frustrating trying to build a deck when you have no idea what the rules are that week…

My weekly ranked wins quest is also not working, started today at 2/5, got 2 wins, still at 2/5. Playing on iOS.

Another one with ranked wins quest not registering wins. EU server. Tried the usual of restarting client etc no joy.

What device and region are you playing on? I can see the chalkboard in-game right now on my device and I have seen others posting the chalkboards in their game, too.
