Can a community manager help me? My rank is still 6000 MMR lower than it was before the patch because my rank was never fixed or reset. It says in the known issues that this was fixed, but it definitely has not for me. What can I do?
I’ve still got the merchant cart issue. I’m playing a little bit as I can but I can’t do much and can’t open any of my 167 packs.

Sulfuras not working properly against Icehowl Coldsnap, haven’t tried it in other cases but characters will still be frozen by the ability “Biting Cold”
Do you think they’ll have a hotfix out for the merchant cart bug tonight?
I’m having a lot of fun with the new mode but I’m stuck with the first 6 mercs from the tutorial. They’ve all been heavily upgraded since and I’ve earned enough coins to buy several rare heros but I’m holding off untill I can open my packs.
Yup same for me as well. Even after a full reinstall flow. Merc mode wont open. Everything else is fine.

Can we get an ETA or an update regarding the merchant cart?. It’s quite frustrating not being able to fully enjoy the mode since I can only play a very limited number of mercenaries.

Yeah I would also like an update instead of a pointless post from your customer support team saying you’ve got no idea what’s going on and hope it’ll be fixed soon.
Absolute radio silence on this is infuriating, I cant open my preorders for more than 2 days now…

I’m with you! It’s absolutely insane that they haven’t commented on this other than saying they’re aware of the issue. Like they realize this is the launch of their new game mode right?
They are at least updating their original post with updates daily.
They haven’t updated since yesterday; and “we know” isn’t much of an update.
it’s a hopeless cause. they dont see the issues MANY are having still as important to fix, in other words we have to wait until the weekly patch. i believe what blizzard meant say to those of us with the issues and bugs still, was: "f*** you, but have a nice day

Hey when’s the next update regarding the merchant cart going to come out? Doesn’t feel like anything was really patched but how would I know I can’t really play the game still.
Is this some vague way of saying you’re not going to have merchant cart fixed anytime soon? Can you please comment?

Still broken & assuming patch hasn’t finished deploying, will edit post with updates as they become available.
Just restarted battle.net and hearthstone, and I see the merchant cart in the workshop now!

Didn’t work on mobile but PC I was able to.
i might have missed it in your known bug notes but i cant connect to any regular hearthstone battles its says “There was an error starting your game. please wait a few minutes and try again”
ive been getting this problem since mercenaries came out on both PC and Mobile. i can play mercs just fine but nothing else

Good Evening! I had the same problem on the day of release, I click the button and nothing happens. The solution I used is enter to Mercenaries through the mobile app of Hearthstone, doing the tutorial and then after that going to the PC client and play Mercenaries from there.
