That you want to address this issue I understand, but what stupid decission is this to make it based on the strongest mercenary? Sometimes I have a mercenary in a party that’s helping me level other characters but is higher level in itself. This change should be based on the average party level, not your highest toon.

Mysterious stranger low level bounty farming was the only realistic way we had of grinding our legendary mercenaries’ skills up to a decent level without unrealistic amounts of time investment.
There was always motivation to grind higher level pve encounters in order to obtain specific mercenaries, but once they have been obtainted, you need to continue that grind to a completely unrealistic degree in order to maximise their skill levels.
Realistically speaking, Mercenaries which was already the worst bang for buck game Blizzard have ever released, became totally impossible to complete your collection without being forced to buy a considerable amount of packs.
I am glad I was one of the lucky ones who grinded hard in the beginning.

Grommash task 12 still partially broken. You get the attack bonus so you know the deathblow actually landed, but no quest progression. The quest is moving up so something is working but the quest definitely isnt progressing off of all deathblows.
I will be honest: The biggest annoyance of the mysterious stranger nerf/change was the fact, that it was done stealthily. One day I was farming it to get equipment unlocked that is vital for the comp I was doing, the next day I did the same bounty multiple times, wondering why the hell I don’t get that event a single time (and no, I didn’t even farm the air elemental bounty, but either Serena or the Doctor one, because I needed Guff/Bru’kan coins).
If I had known this was the case, I would have done some other bounties, because I really really needed the tasks done to unlock vital equipment for my new comp - that I need to beat Baron Geddon bounty, due to these freaking Fire Sworn just obliterate my mages (why does Brightwing gets damaged while being on the bench? Why do they deal up to 24 damage per attack, doubled for mages? And why do they have a freaking speed of 3!).
So, I decided to make a new comp. Turns out I really want some equipment for them, that require 2 tasks each. Not a big problem … i it had been yesterday apparently.
Generally, it feels like the balance of the mode needs to be reworked. See, the first Winterspring bounty is hellish, but the boss is a joke. The next wintersrping bounties have elementals that are about as strong as level 10 enemies and thus not a problem at all. Then comes Blackrock and there you either have mediocre enemies, or Fire Sworn with Ancient Corehounds…

There is a bug in the mercenaries party construction where if you delete a party and try to make a new one, it cannot be edited in any way & becomes a dead slot. This issue runs the risk of soft locking players out of mercenary mode entirely and must be addressed immediately please. I’m operating on iPad iOS and have already attempted reinstalling and submitted a separate bug report. Thank you for your time and patience- Metatron42
Really disappointed in the Mysterious Stranger hotfix. Part of any RPG is work you put into leveling up the characters you care about and improving their abilities. Making it harder to get relevant tasks for your characters is not encouraging “better gameplay”. You’ve made that a much slower, grindier process that is extremely discouraging.
If you’re going to nerf where Mysterious Stranger appears, consider making the random tasks that appear in the daily campfire a player’s choice: Offer re-rolls or allow them to pick from a smaller list of Casters, Protectors or Fighters.

Biting Cold, cast by Icehowl Coldsnap, still freezes characters even when Ragnaros has Sulfuras, which should make all friendly characters unable to be frozen.

On day 1 of launch i cleared training and progressed to Felwood. From day 2 of release my acc is stuck on training kobold boss and I can’t play up to this day??! Tried on 4 different devices and I have the same problem. Can you fix this problem??

This problem is still present and persistent, switching accounts has not reset the decks that have become dead/cannot be edited or deleted. Mercenaries deck party editing still broken please fix asap

If only the boss stats were visible before starting those stupid long maps so a team with a sporting chance of success could be sent in without having to scour 3rd party sources beforehand, it would at least make it hurt less.
I experienced lots of freezes and server kicks during Mercenary ability upgrades while playing on my ipad (EU server), and some of my Mercenary’s Coins were lost due to bugs.
Could you help me recover Mercenary’s Coins lost/doule charged during ability Upgrades ? ( Double coin charges for any single ability upgrade/ Coin charged without upgrading the ability)

I remain unable to get past Cap’n Hogger, due to my (newbishly) losing too many mercs in the leadup quests. Kind of frustrating to not be able to actually play Mercenaries mode at all.
Are there any plans to add a way to restart the opening scenario, or at least allow GMs to reset it? (I did open a ticket and was told to be patient.)
My sylvanas is level 30, but the level 30 isn’t unlocking. I’ve equipped level 30 items before, I don’t know what’s wrong with this
you know you have to exit from mercenary mode , go on main achievement page , click Sylvanas achievement there to unlock item ?
