I have the EXACT same problem! On a fire 8 HD… I’m irritated.
Just same loop over and over of getting sent to the appstore that claims there’s no update.

Big problem - Rewards!!! Lots of people have this problem. I cannot get credit for any action since the update. Cannot get rewards. Cannot earn experience. Cannot get achievements. The reward/experience page will not update. And the win count for each class will not update.This morning was no different. I received no new quests despite the fact that it appears I have over-completed three of them. This is true whether I play on iPad or PC.
Why won’t you add this to the known bugs so that we at least know you are working on it. PLEASE BLIZZARD, its unfair for players.

I think there is a problem with the shop in the mobile version, is not retrieving the correct Google Play balance.

I did a quest and it showed progression after the match but it didn’t update in the Rewards Track. I played another match and it did update in the Track and give me the Reward.
Im having an issue with achievements completed before this patch. I finished a druid run 12-0 but have not gotten the achievement. However, I do have the achievement for hitting legend a while back. Is the achievement system supposed to account for things I have done in hearthstone or things that I will do after the patch? I rng 'ed some good treasures and minion pools in my 12-0 druid run and it seems a bit grindy to try to recreate it.
No, I never disenchant cards, except gold ones sometimes.
And even if I did, this card can’t be remade with dust, so there is no way to have it back.
I think some things they tracked and some things they didn’t. But of course can be a bug.
I’m on Android and keep experiencing a recurring bug between Duels matches where it doesnt display one of the treasure or card choice options. Sometimes when this happens, the game has to be restarted because nothing is selectable.
There was also a strange glitch when I faced a warlock with Prince Malchezaar that triggered five times, so he had 30-plus cards in his deck when I only had, like, 15 in mine.
There is a known issue with the new expansion buckets I think.
“Climbing the ranks” isn’t working for me. I just got to gold 10 for the first time and am receiving no reward for it.
Not getting daily quest credit for tavern brawls.
Ok, so i started in September, hit legendary in October, on like the last day or two, but still… i was in prison when the demon hunter expansion came out, watched a streamer play and was looking forward to playing for months. enjoyed the game. but now the main way i play, on my admittedly crappy a20 samsung, its so laggy i can barely stand it. I mainly use my phone to play, and because i have no friends or family, its really the only reason i even pay my phone bill… anyway…

Intel Atom x86 tablets and phones are still not fixed. Game is in the store, loads but crashes when loading the profile. Weaker hardware than 2.3GHz and 4GB RAM is supported (that’s my tablet) if CPU is not x86.

Master of All may be a visual bug but when was that quest introduced? I never had it when I started playing HS, thought it was given retroactively.
I won’t even say anything about the whole XP debacle, less gold, more grind, Achievements with XP requiring tons of Epics and Legendaries or specific conditions and all the other paywalls in Duels and wherever. Also Weekly Quests like Win 4 Arenas or Finish Top 2 in BG are bad. Even if re-rolling, you can run into them again. Same could be said about Win 7 Ranked games for non-ladder players (although might be easier to meet for them than the Arena and BG ones for mostly ladder people). That is if your weekly quests are even working. Sad.

I have the same issues with quests - I do not have daily nor weekly quests, which is not great

Mousing over a Quest to check progress messes up your hand, making cards really hard to play.
I have a problem also with the Duels quest chain. I bought both preorders, I only started working on the chaing today, and it stopped after I completed the first quest “Win 2 Duels games”. I didn’t receive the next one for “Win 3 Duels games”. Therefore I’m missing 4 packs which I could have gotten by completing the quests 
9 days later and “Hall of Mirrors” achievement hasn’t been rewarded even though I met criteria AT THE END OF MY TURN. Not about achievement description Blizz, it’s a bug.
Returning players get no quests since your update, are you aware of this ?
Because I haven’t seen any confirmation on your part
