Hearthstone won’t load on Kindle Fire HD 8 (7th Generation). App starts up, the progress bar pops up on the bottom of the screen with no progress after a few moments, and then the go to the app store box pops up. When you click on the button to go to the app store you are taken to the Hearthstone app store page where the only option is to click the open button. After you do the cycle as described above starts over again. In the notifications screen it says that Hearthstone has loaded 100%. Is this a know issue? There is enough space to run the game on the Kindle, and I have cleared the data, uninstalled, and loaded the app over again, and this issue persists.

What about the battleground point floors not working ? Reached 5500 points which was supposed to be a floor, lost a game and got below 5500.
Are we supposed to get XP from casual duels? I just played two runs and got zero xp from them.

Can’t complete daily quests played 17 of 15 minions and drawn 13 of 10 cards still no joy. Hope I don’t lose my gold when they refresh tonight as I spend enough of this game as it is.

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but I also do not receive xp from ranked matches. I did for like the first 3-4 games I played yesterday, but haven’t gotten xp from a game since. My only source of xp now seems to come from quests, which are locked behind the timegate.

I found that out too. You have to level up to reach the rewards.
I actually now regret paying for it.
DrPHD, No XP jump at all? I get about 70 (85-90 with tavern pass) XP per win in ranked. It’s very small so I can see why many would feel like nothing is happening.
Playing as Archwitch Willow in battlegrounds using “Killmox, the Banished One” while facing an opponent who is also a warlock using Killmox. I used a Mad Scientist to swap Killmox’s Attack and health and it cause their Killmox to gain the stats of My killmox instead of swapping the stats. It went from 22/18 attack to 36/32.
None of my quests (daily or weekly) seem to be working or updating. The first several daily quests from yesterday are still there and say they are over-completed, but I can’t earn the rewards
E.g. “Master Summoner” play 15 minions
21/15 completion.
E.g. “Draw!” Draw 10 cards
16/10 completion.
They also stopped tracking any progress after my first two games since the progression revamp.
I haven’t been able to earn any xp yet either, from any game mode.
Achievements work though! Any help would be great.

This is a small thing compared to the other issues, but the achievement for collecting all Darkmoon Demon Hunter cards completes after 10, even though there are 15 DH cards in the set…
Same issues here, US server, but EU citizen.
Can’t get rewards
Can’t get exp.
No daily and weekly quests shown, none given.
3 old beginner quests sitting in my journal, overdone.
And no, restarting the client/re-logging on does NOT solve it.
REALLY frustrated by the lack of testing done on this major release, as a software tester I’m horrified that this level of carelessness can be present at such a major company. And I’ve been a fan of Blizzard since Diablo1.
Fix these issues ASAP, as I read through the forums a LOT of players are frustrated and upset, and rightly so.
Hope you guys come up with a patch fixing these major issues and we can start to explore the new system properly.

Two times in a row: my hunter vs paladin…the game went completely crazy…I wasn’t even able to concede, got to use the task manager to kill the game
Same here I am getting rewards for wins in duels occasionally but not consistent. Now on win 4 duels and stuck on 1 win
I haven’t received any daily or weekly quests other than the “More Duels” quest.
I tried resetting my password, changing the language, and region like the help article for it says.

Today I got to lvl12 in the new reward system after two quests, but when I go to the reward system map It shows that I’m still lvl10 and the quests Are gone. I did the quests without getting the exp for the next reward
Ditto. Just utterly game breaking and the worst is Blizzard hasn’t even seemed to acknowledge the problem yet…let alone try to triage/fix it. I have no doubt the dev team is probably aware of the problem, but being as it directly affects the new in game currency, they need to proactively calm the player base that the XP deficit that these unfortunate users are stuck with will be retroactively fixed when the bug is fixed. Just get in front of this from a PR/marketing perspective, calm the player base, and fix the problem.

yup, same here. glitchy buggy update.
Three issues for me:

i had three outstanding daily quests prior to 19.0 update. When I updated, those quests became stuck at 27/15 for destroy 15 minions, 11/10 for use hero power 10 times, and 21/15 for play 15 minions.

My Samsung Galaxy Card Back disappeared.

None of my play actions are registering on the quests.

You could try to reroll that one into a quest you can complete.
Quests keep burning, no progress on map of rewards (still lvl 1, nothing gives XP). Patch when
