18.0.1 Server Hotfix

About %#*!#$% time. This should have been down with the Discover update that took out class weight.

How about correctly balance the game this time ?

Well, that archtype is a toxic one. We don’t need those in the game. It’s fun because I play it myself but still toxic for the opponent.

Are We talking about HL mage? If so, then I agree. The deck is retarded and i would rather have a battery of old school rabies shots than play it.
Blizzard gave mage a bunch of trash yet again this expansion.

No, I was talking about the Mozaki otk mage. HL is fine. HL mage is the only mage deck that doesn’t slowly give me aids when playing vs it.

I have a way to make it work for you until its officially fixed by Blizzard.

Then the fix is you need to go into your APN and change APN type from IPv6 to either IPv4 or IPv4/IPv6, theres a known issue with the way Hearthstone handles IPv6 connections and causes it to hang at the tavern doors when opening and not do anything else.

Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names. You’ll either need to edit your primary one, or make a new one but copy all the other fields but make sure on the APN type make sure its set to either of the IPv4 options. But make sure you copy everything else correct. That’s for Android of course, unsure of process for IOS but I know they are also affected.

HL mage is a piece of slot machine trash that takes winning or losing out of your hands.
Mozaki spell mage, while not good, was at least new.
So Mages are left with the same old junk for yet another expansion, while other classes get decks that kill the opponent on turn 5.
I’m just waiting to see if Blizzard kills mage core cards and if they do then I’m done with this stupid company.

Yeah right. You force one class and will leave the game because you only hug over it. That’s incredibly stupid because other classes are GOOD. WHY MAGE WHEN IT IS ONLY RNG?

I realize that English is clearly not your birth language, and I congratulate you on making the effort to learn it, but your statement makes little to no sense.
Why should you care if i leave the game or not? Don’t worry about me.
I’m a big boy.

I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SAYING:
“STOP ANNOYING ME BECAUSE I WON’T CHANGE.”
That’s how I take it. I say what I believe you are doing. I am no Blizzard fanboy telling you to burn your wallet.

Well, the good news is that with this nerf, they won’t be able to discover and re-hire the same developers. Hey-Oh!

IT’S NOT THE DEVS, THEY MAKE THE GAME AS THE DESGINERS SAID… THE DESGINERS AND TEAM MANAGERS WHO ARE FED UP WITH SUGAR DESERVE TO BE REPLACED, WE NEED TO THANK THE DEVS FOR LISTENING TO TRASH ORDERS…
SIP OF COFFEE WITH caps lock on

Well. Good. Do have a nice day.

LMAO Made my day. Ty for this!

Even if the devs or designers would be changed everyday, you still wont be happy for something, thats for sure. Just play the game, enjoy it, and let them do their work. They even dont see those comments, because they are tired of listening some mad ppl, saying all the time:nerf buff nerf fire fire replace nerf nerf. My friend I know you want all decks to be 50-50 win ratio, but you also know it can not be done precisely.
Also not mentioning if one of your decks will be OP one day, you will not ask for a nerf, as you would do for an opponent deck, as you will always have opponents, as you will always complain.
Just Enjoy mate :revolving_hearts:

Well that’s annoying. At least in Wild where I mainly play it’s not that important just because it becomes more and more unlikely for that to happen with every expansion anyways. I personally always loved when that happened as it doesn’t happen all that often anyways. Even in Standard I didn’t felt like it was that big of a problem. But I guess people just remember those crazy turns where it actually happened and are annoyed just by the possibility. I can see how especially in Standard it was a good change for those people. But I as just a casual just-for-fun player really don’t like this change at all. Very often I remember that when it came up it wasn’t even that great of a choice in retrospect but I still do it just because you don’t get the chance that often anyways. I guess for me the biggest change will be that there is now even less incentive for me to play Standard. That was always something actually somewhat exciting about Standard. But I can see how many think this was a long overdue and overall healthy change to the way that works. So just like with the last Discover nerf regarding the appearance rate of class cards I can tolerate it even though I personally still think it really was not necessary. But I guess many are having there a different definition of fun on that. As a casual just-for-fun player I always loved it also when my opponent could pull it off. Maybe there are just too many “tryhards” (or “spikes”) out there now.

Are you using a weird German translator or some weird gadgets? Try hard isn’t the word you should be using. Their jobs aren’t gamers, nor am I a professional one. But here is a thing, many people care about how “fair” a game is, the combo of Nature Studies and Exotic Mountseller is already broken, and it has to end. If a game is not fair from the basics how would many people play it? Spellburst has already been good, now you are chaining all of those effects over and over, this is the rule many people have been looking for: you play a card once, you can get something else but not the same card (expect echo which only lasts one turn). This guy above you (Mallenroh) is complaining because he is an extreme Mage player who wants the perfectly balanced class without RNG and didn’t consider switching long ago.

Wow. You even bring me up when addressing other players?
Rather like talking behind someone’s back, isn’t it?
You are currently the biggest troll on these forums and that’s fine,
but I’ll thank you to keep my name out of your mouth.

There are other permanently banned trolls who create threads to disrupt the forums again and again. I create troll posts because there are threads like “40 Million Reasons” which is a bait.

Well that wasn’t me. I’ll be kind if you will.
