So I’m pretty new to Hearthstone but not new to TCG/CCGs and like any card game Hearthstone has a learning curve. One thing I struggle with is building my own decks instead of copying them from successful players. Part of this is being new the other part is I’m a dad that works a full time job and theorycrafting is kind of a time consuming thing if you don’t have a ton of knowledge.
With that being said I really like Duels. It is helping me learn to deck build and also theorycraft as well as learn new combos. Of course you can do this with Arena as well but Duels feels a little more forgiving.
I know this is kind of a simplified explanation of why I like Duels and I’m sure some veteran players probably hate the mode but I wanted to give my two cents even if it isn’t technically worth 1 cent.
