[Wizard Bug] Normal Disintegrate can't be used at all

I tried on PC and Mobile and I can’t use the normal Disintegrate (no essences). It keeps displaying “No Enough Energy”.

As you can see from the screenshot, the other 3 skills are not energy-based but cooldown-based, so only the Disintegrate skill is energy-based, yet I can’t even channel it. It happened since yesterday.

I also can’t use the Disintegrate with the new Ice Crystal essence too.

Hello I have the same problem, when using disintegrate, the message is insufficient energy.

Same here, it was normal before, until when i was doing the Diablo quest
