Playing on a DH I use full windloft set due to magic damage being so insanely strong against dh that attacks such as fireballs in castle defenses pretty much one shot me (the decision to make DH take around twice normal damage from magic has always been complete and utter BS).
Anyways, since pet shields came out my full windloft set shield no longer procs/works. I go into BG and engage in combat having been on for quite sometime before entering without taking damage and am pretty much one shot hit at the start, which should be an absolute impossibility as full windloft shield is 100% damage protection from first five hits when engaging in combat with only a 40 second cool down time.
I don’t get five hits free of damage from the shield anymore and I don’t even think I get the shield at all anymore. I thought perhaps the pet shields were removing it off of my character unfairly, but it’s becoming increasingly clear that it isn’t even activating.
Without the set shield, my character is heavily affected in so many different places.
I need the windloft shield to be fixed.
