WhisperWill does not trigger bottled hope

I tried other armor essences, they do trigger bottled hope when I cast bone armor.

That’s because Whisperwill applies to summons only. Since it does not apply to the player, it won’t proc Bottled Hope.

Not a bug. Use other skills to proc Bottled Hope, I use Wraith Form.
