I’ve been sent to 3 different departments within blizzard and a forum of mostly confused players and none of them have been any help. I’ve spent money on this game and would like to know why it isn’t working. I don’t want to be ignored in a forum, be told that “this issue isn’t relavant to your department” or be sent to a bunch of players in hopes one of them can help me. I would like to speak to a human being with a first and last name who works full time for blizzard and can actually provide help
you have to realize also that blizz doesnt develop this game, Netease does. But you also only posted on here 1 day ago. This post would be better suited in general rather than bug report ( you can edit post to change it)
There is no 1 800 number or direct customer service, you have fellow players with the rare input from community managers. It sucks but thats what we are given.
Do you work for blizzard? I’ve called their number and they said they were unable to help and that I should turn in a complaint ticket, the people who read the ticket sent me here, and now you’re sending me somewhere else. I’m not trying to go on a wild goose chase I just want to speak to someone who actually has the power to help me.
I’ve never in my life waited 36 hrs for a product I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on. Could you imagine buying a tv from Best Buy and having them tell you the only way to voice a complaint or get a refund was to speak to other customers who have absolutely no power to help? Does that sound professional? What if someone told you that you’ve only been waiting for 24hrs when you know full well another company would’ve helped immediately? Please just get me in contact with an actual employee with the access/power to fix my account
blizz employees have blue messages, as you can see with a quick look they are few and far between. I’m not sending you elsewhere im just saying why a blizz employee might not be able to help. Yeah well this isn’t best buy and there is no guarantee your issue will be addressed. It sucks but thats how it is, does it sound professional? heck no but this is what we are given
Thanks but my query wasn’t directed at you but a company with thousands of employees that are more than capable of handling their own complaints.

unfortunately you’re already on a wild goose chase & the goose is an invisible hot potato called “accountability.”
i’ve been suspended & muted on this forum multiple times for airing grievances in regards to chain of command & their nonchalant attitude towards players that need customer service help.
if u look thru the forum, u’ll see the pattern… unless ur a whale/kraken or diablo partner, the brass don’t care to do their due diligence becuz “it’s not my department.” which is a long winded way of saying that u ain’t important cuz u not dropping a bag into the game.
if “cUsToMeR sErViCe” sent u here, ur already on the cycle of rage, & there’s no getting off unless u quit or file a lawsuit
