View more after dormant gem

After changing my character, I selected and saved another character’s attributes from the “View More” section. Afterwards, I noticed that my Colossus Engine legendary gem was marked as Dormant. No matter what I tried, it did not return to normal. I would like this issue to be fixed.

In addition, the same problem also happened on another character on the same account, but in that case I was able to fix it by using my own equipment.

Dormant gems are using the response to internal reso gems being removed. Make sure you have the appropriate gems within
