Vanguard 4 charm disappearance. Ran 5 Vanguard 4’s with an 18 Heal AOE. Logged out with the charm still installed. Logged back in, charm gone. Charm no longer in inventory nor installed. Checked to see if I had the salvaged parts from it, none
