Hello, I upgraded 3 level 6 gems to a level 7 aquamarine and it did not go into my inventory.
I have contacted Support a number of times and no one will addess my lost Gem.
Can I get a reply here please? I’m worried that I will lose more gems and not get any help from Support. Its a very horrible situation and no player should ever feel so wrongly done by.
