Since the update, there have been instances where my headset microphone is activated without my consent. This was noticed on the howler (among us) event as well as several Battleground fights.
I switched from PC to phone and noticed the same issue persisted there so it seems to be more than a simple coincidence.
I don’t know about anyone else but this seems very concerning since the app has and is accessing our microphones without us (the users) having selected to establish this with a party.
Devs, please review your code. Something’s not right and this is a potential security risk.
