I know this has happened to others before but I still wanted to make a post for my specific issue. On the night of Wednesday, October 8th, I made two purchases. A 15K gem package online and a 7500 gem package in-game. Unfortunately, I keep receiving the same error message when attempting to make any in-game purchases. This goes for the AH market or otherwise. The message states that there are pending transactions.
I’ve seen other posts about this issue, and I have tried several remedies with no success. For instance, I saw someone’s post saying that the error occurs when the player makes a high level purchase that is out of the norm for that player. Well, if this is the case, I am averaging $1k a month in purchases, if not more.
Please provide a solution to this issue. THANKS!!!
Easiest solution is to just wait and hope it clears up in a day or so. It’s a communication issue between netease and your bank. Where as there is a delay between request and acceptance that triggers an internal alert
I think the main issue for someone in my position is this; when there is an event such as the current double gem rift drop, I want to be enjoy it as much as possible. So in this case, I purchased $300 in orbs, both from the online and in-game stores, to buy crests for the event. I would think Bliz could at least help correct something for someone that not only spends a lot of money on their games, but also has been playing their games since the 90’s.
Sadly this isn’t a ‘game’ issue it’s a financial one. Could it be handled better?
but for the mass majorly of players it doesn’t. As it usually resolves in a day they likely don’t see the point in working with banks to resolve it.
