Unable to load the sequence

I tried reinstalling, logging in with and without VPN, from a mobile operator and WiFi, from a PC. Every time I logged in to the main server of the main character, I started getting the error: Unable to load the sequence; check your network or try again later

  1. On the night of the update, I did not complete the game client (I just locked my phone).

  2. During the morning, I continued playing until the moment when the UI disappeared again. (The UI disappears when I use the bag, and when I teleport, I close it).

  3. The error appeared after I swiped to complete the game due to this UI error, restarting the game client on the phone.

  4. After that, I launched the game client on the phone, at the moment of selecting the main server, when I press to log in, I get the error: Unable to load the sequence; check your network or try again later, and in fact I cannot use the game.

  5. When choosing any other server, I can enter the game, but not as the main character.

did you resolve this? I just hit the same problem and a quick search gets me to all these unanswered posts. Only day 1 for me.
